Self care is one of the most important things that we can all give ourselves, especially in the current times that we live in. Adapting to a new way of life can build anxiety and stress that can be too much to handle which is why my art sessions center around self care.
How is that possible?
My art sessions center around each individual client, their aura, their energy, and their state of being. During the session you will get a chance to explore things that you feel are holding you back from making personal progress whether it be in your life or with your emotions.
How does photography play into the experience?
Photos are taken throughout the experience to show your level of personal progress. Many people avoid looking at photos of themselves due to fear of what they might see, but this is experience is about seeing yourself in a different light so that you can make positive changes that can change your life.
