What are your operating hours?

Operating hours are Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 10am-7pm. 

Which type of photos do you specialize in?

I specialize in individual, family and couples photos.

What are the rates of your services?

Current rates are based on promotions and applicable discounts. Please call or inquire for pricing information.

What is your typical session time frame?

Sessions are an average of 2-3 hours based on the package chosen.

Yes.

What if you aren’t able to photograph my session as planned?

In the case of an emergency where a photoshoot cannot be completed as scheduled due to fault of the photographer, you will be promptly notified and offered a chance to reschedule your desired rate. You will also be granted a 15% decrease of your originally quoted price. 

Do we receive the raw, unedited files?

Raw, unedited files are not available for purchase. All files that can be purchased are high resolution and are carefully edited so that you can enjoy looking back on your precious memories.

Where are you located?

I am located in the Antioch area, just 20 minutes outside of Nashville, TN.

Which payment options do you offer? Do you offer installment payment options?

I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Cash. Check are not accepted at this time. Installment payment options ar only available for commercial photos.

We're in the fence about doing an engagement session, what are the benefits of doing one?

Engagement sessions allow you to prepare for your big day by allowing you and your spouse to get acquainted in front of the camera. This allows for more natural posing on your big day.

What are your terms for session cancellation?

If your date needs to be changed once you have booked your session, you have one reschedule allowed. You must contact me via email or phone at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule your session. For weather cancellations, you will receive an email to let you know your session needs to be rescheduled and the dates that are available to reschedule.
